The cost of any project depends on several factors – and we are going to count these factors in when we give you a final quote.
For example, the number of rooms to be restored will affect the cost per square meter.
The price per square meter goes down with the increase in area needing to be covered.
The geometry of the room and the number of corners will also affect the amount of work.
The condition of the floor will affect the amount of preparation time.
These and many other factors affect the final price.
